On this last day of May 2023, Elmer once again asked Dr. Gong to write an invitation letter for HKPEOC or the HKP Electoral Committee. This time, it is to invite the Progressive Conservative Party members of the Canadian Parliament to become consultants.
Dr. Gong responded by saying that she wanted Elmer to first provide her with the relevant points before she would write the letter. Although it is surprising that Dr. Gong, as a consultant, does not know the relevant points herself, we are still eagerly awaiting her letter.
As mentioned in my last message, if and when this immaculately drafted letter is finally prepared, it is most appreciated if the public could view it. I, for one, greatly appreciate the work that Dr. Gong has done in spite of her very busy schedule.
I do not believe that this letter will contain any sensitive information unsuitable for public consumption.
I expect that this letter may be completed by 2033.
