設公投：留港港人授權香港議會於海外成立

我覺得除咗投票「授權香港議會於海外成立」,我哋亦應該公投通過憲法。

I strongly advocate a public referendum. My personal suggestion is Hong Kong should be back to under British reign. The break of the Sino-British Joint Declaration by the CCP constitute the breach of contract. As such, as the signing party of the declaration, Britain has the legitimacy to restore what Hong Kong used to be before 1997.

After dust settled, a public referendum can be held to let Hong Kongers to decide their future.

個人認為公投授權香港議會係不必要，因為選民願意參加投票已經間接承認香港議會的合法性，而且一方面參加選舉投票，另一方面又公投唔支持香港議會合法性，似乎有啲自相矛盾，所以公投是不必要的。
