實體投票仍有需要

雖然香港本土嘅人無辦法參與實體投票，但係即使只有海外手足去實體票站投票，都已經可以做到個唔錯嘅宣傳。

至於香港本土嘅人，我覺得可以嘗試電子投票，或者facetime投票。

I advocate this idea. I understand most of the overseas voters may have a deep concern that their identity will be exposed. We all understand eyes are at every corner in the world, on the other hand, if the voting is held under sunshine, it may be a natural protection. Media will be attracted to attend and report. Raise public interest to talk and discuss. In other words, helping to raise the agenda emerged from the water.

 

Organizer may seek for a venue that belonged to the local municipal government, for example, a library, a room in a community centre, etc.

同意實體投票對傳媒和外國大眾有公關宣傳意義。

不過，為了投票者安全，籌委會似乎不想保留／不想有一個投票權資料庫。

這樣，就沒有中央系統去確認某人已投票一次，防止一人投幾次票。不再是「一人手上有一張選票」。

嚴肅的議會投票，卻沒有機制防止一人投幾次票。

這是一個明顯漏洞：公證人認證投票，有可能某投票者可以去不同公證人處認證，取得幾個不同密碼，多重投票。

如果設立多重渠道投票的話：網上自動認證投票 加 實體投票 加 公證人認證投票，這問題會更嚴重。
